You are cordially invited to celebrate Auckland Marathi Association’s Ganeshotsav with your family.

The Ganeshotsav program schedule will be as followed:

3:00pm to 4:00pm : Aras and Hall decoration – do join us with your creative ideas.

4:00pm to 5:00pm : Ganapati Sthapna and Pooja

5:00pm to 6:00pm : Ganapati Aarti and Darshan

6:00pm to 8:00pm : Cultural programs by AMAI little wonders, youth and adult members.

8:00pm to 9:30pm : Dinner

The complete program is free for the current AMAI members or for the people who would become members by that day.

NOTE: Please do not feel offended if you are requested to present your AMAI Membership Card at the entrance. Members MUST pay their membership fees prior or on the event day. Guest Fees will be applicable incase Membership Fees has not been paid.

Guest fee is $15.00 per person. This includes dinner, served after the program.

Auckland marathi association is inviting all to enjoy the most important event of the year – Diwali.

Auckland Marathi Association is proudly brining “HASYARANJAN” a solo comedy performance by the presenter – Ujwala Kulkarni comprises an agenda that entertains, inspires and soothes and helps you to meet the challenges of life in your stride. Over the years Ujwala Kulkarni have been conferred with several awards by Government institutions and other socio-cultural organizations.

Program plan:
7:00 am – 8:00 am:         Rangoli & hall decoration
8:00 am – 9:00 am:         Faral & Tea
9:00 am – 10:00 am:       Cultural Program
10:00 am – 11:00 am:     Super fun & entertaining show HASYARANJAN by Ujwala Kulkarni
11:00 noon – 12:00 pm:  Lunch

Guest tickets available at the venue – 
Adult – $15, 
Kids – $10 (age: 6yrs & above)

A gentle reminder on behalf of Auckland Marathi Association that we will be hosting the GANESHOTSAV 2016 on SUNDAY 11 September 2016.
You are all cordially invited to celebrate Auckland Marathi Association’s Ganeshotsav with your family and friends. The details of the program are:
Event date: 11 September 2016 @ 2:00 PM (SUNDAY)
      POOJA – 2.00~3.00 pm

AARTI  –  3.00~3.30 pm

Chief Guest for the event: MAYORAL CANDIDATE, Hon Phil Goff. Hon Phil Goff, the new mayoral candidate and ex-Labour MP for Mt. Roskill has kindly agreed to grace the occasion taking time off his busy mayoral campaign. It would be great if all are present on time so he is able to see the force of MAHARASHTRIANS in Auckland at one location.

Cultural celebrations : by Cross section of members from 3.45 pm onward which includes speech by      Hon Phil Goff. There are some fantastic programs lined up for the evening so don’t miss them. Come in numbers to support your own kids, families and friends! (The cross section of the performance is amazing, which will leave you mesmerised!)

 DINNER – 6.15 onwards

Venue:Mt EDEN WAR MEMORIAL HALL, 487 Dominion Road, Balmoral, Auckland
Entry: FREE for members    $15 for NON MEMBERS
A special dinner has been arranged on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. In order to gauge the numbers for catering, we request that all the members and those who are still deciding to take up the membership as well as non members PLEASE REGISTER YOUR RSVP by EMAIL to nzmarathi@gmail.com.

Prospective members can take up membership at the Venue! There will be EFTPOS facility available on the day!

A big thanks to those who have given their RSVP. It was heartening to see people responding to the call of RSVP. Please keep up the good work for all future events! Those who have missed out giving the RSVP, please do so by Friday so we are well prepared!
